Too many people think the formula for doing what they want is to wait for a “golden opportunity” to arrive somewhere in the hazy future, rather than taking advantage of the time right in front of them. This leaves them distracted, filling their lives with busy work and chatter.

The 90 Day Life is about helping you stop putting your life on hold and start taking action now.

It’s the book for you if you:

✅Feel like there is something more in life for you.

✅Find yourself stuck in a life rut.

✅Think you should be happy because you’ve “made it,” but find yourself searching for more.

To break this cycle, The 90 Day Life reveals how to actually break away from feeling stuck in life and create the life you truly want in 90 days. It will guide you on how to stop letting unhappiness, stress, and life routines become your norm, so you can hit the reset button and get more fulfillment and joy from your life. It will help you reassess what’s working for your life right now and what isn’t. It will put the focus back on what you want, rather than what you feel like you’re supposed to do.

If you adopt the 9-stage journey to rebuild your life in 90 days that I share in this book, you will transform from living life on autopilot to being in the driver’s seat.

A Letter from Dr. Jen

I wasn’t living the life I wanted…I was living the life I thought I was “supposed to live.” In January 2016, I woke up to a life that wasn’t making me happy.

The irony is that I was surrounded by the successes of the very things I had spent years of my life working towards. I had built a six-figure wellness practice that launched my career into my own online business. I had the freedom of being an entrepreneur and starting to become a thought leader in my industry.

But despite everything I had in my professional life, I felt like a version of myself was trapped inside and she was screaming at me to break free.

Since early in my life, I never wanted to be put into a “box.” But I found myself in my own trap. The same fears, insecurities, and doubts that I have had in my head for years remained with me, which were making me say no to the bigger, scarier, and more exciting dreams I had been burying for years.

I questioned myself on a regular basis. I doubted what I was capable of, and I was still creating boundaries within my own mind which, I grew to learn, is the ultimate thing that can hold all of us back in life.

Then I realized that what I really wanted was much deeper. I had to redefine what a successful life meant and realized that it wasn’t so much about goals or ambitions. It’s about doing what makes you happy, thrive, and feel alive.

So I sold everything I owned to become a digital nomad. I shifted my energy to mentoring others who were seeking unconventional ways to work and live like I was. To show them what was possible, that they’re not alone, and that there is more out there for them.

Which brings me to you. I want to help you start to create your life on your terms again, or maybe for the first time ever. I want to help you break away from how life has boxed you in from the dreams or happiness you’ve been putting on hold.

Start living into your dreams rather than waiting for the right time to make them happen.

With gratitude,
Dr. Jen
