In the late hours of October 1, 2017, Amanda Peterson DC was one of the many victims who was shot while attending the Rt. 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada. At this point, Amanda is in stable condition in the ICU in a Las Vegas hospital.
Dr. Amanda Peterson became a Chiropractor because of her passion for helping others live healthier lives. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO. She was one of the most awarded graduates of her class receiving a Chiropractic Science Division award for adjusting technique. She has spent many hours studying various chiropractic treatments and research, with emphasis on scoliosis management, prenatal care, pediatric care, soft-tissue and rehabilitation. Dr. Amanda believes that the body is self-healing and promotes living a healthy lifestyle and empowers other to do the same.
Her practice is in Riverside California where she specializes in prenatal and pediatric care.
Dr. Amanda is a proud mother of a little boy, who has been adjusted since birth.
Details are vague at this point, but she received a gun shot wound to the back and was later having internal bleeding which has been repaired along with the bullet being removed. She is currently on a ventilator but is slowly coming in and out of consciousness.

“One thing we know for sure is Amanda is one of the most kind, giving souls to have graced so many of our lives and has nursed so many of us to health and been there when we needed her the most, and it is our turn to give back as Amanda’s Army.
We are unclear of her long-term prognosis at this point, but her livelihood depends on her physical health. Please help in anyway that you can whether it be monetarily for medical needs or simply saying a few extra prayers for our girl to get her back on her feet and back to being 100% as soon as possible.
