Get Your Morning Juice Recipe


I think it is safe to assume that most if not all chiropractors are advocates of juicing.

Our staff here at Circle of Docs approached us with a juice that they found over at FitLife.TV and they absolutely love it!   So much so that they  start their mornings off with the receipe below almost every day.  We thought we would share:

Do you start your day off with a juice? What do you like to include?



  •  1 cucumber
  • 5 celery stalks
  • 2 apples
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 3-8 leaves of kale
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 3 Roman Lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp ginger
